What is your Shipping and Returns Policy?

Shipping is not included in the price of the product. There are added Shipping Fees during checkout. We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS or FedEx.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice or ice packs in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders on Mondays (holidays excluded). Orders placed on or after Monday will be shipped the following Monday. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package. How is your cattle raised?

At Old 39 Ranch, our cattle are pasture-raised on open land, where they have plenty of space to roam and graze naturally. We use a grass-fed and grain-finished approach, meaning our cattle start on natural grasses and are then finished on grain to enhance the flavor and marbling of the beef. We believe in providing a stress-free environment to ensure the health and well-being of our animals, which translates into the best-quality beef for your family.

Yes, all of our beef is USDA inspected and processed to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Each cut is vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness, so you can enjoy premium beef with confidence when it arrives at your door.
