Returns Policy

We do our best at Old 39 Ranch 2 Table to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at info@old39ranch2table.com and we will do our best to make right on the wrong. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully happy with your product please contact us for a replacement or refund. Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept product returns.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is included in the price of the product. There are no added Shipping Fees during checkout. We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS or FedEx. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice or ice packs in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders on Mondays (holidays excluded). Orders placed on or after Monday will be shipped the following Monday. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
